Shipping and returns

The normal preparation and dispatch estimate for physical products is 7 to 12 business days.

Checkout only accepts destinations with a configured shipping option. Cost is shown before payment.

Eligible physical goods can normally be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Clearly personalised goods can be excluded where permitted by law.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support with photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
